This 6 bedroom cabin is complete with log style furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, an open great room with fireplace and large TV's, an expansive Game room complete with a Pool Table, dartboard and a Deluxe 6 Person Hot Tub. This cabin has everything to make your next Getaway memorable for years to come. This cabin provides you with a large open Great room with its comfortable plush furnishings, wall mounted 50' flat screen TV complete with movie channels. This main level also has a sitting room complete with 40' Flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace to snuggle up to on those cool winter nights, two bedrooms with queen size log beds and two bathrooms. Main Bathroom has a large 6' Jacuzzi tub and the second with a standard air jet bath tub. Additionally, you have a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Beyond the rear door is an expansive deck that spans the around the rear to the front of the cabin, with a gas grill. The upper loft area is equipped with two bedrooms with queen size log beds, and an Air Hockey table (currently unavailable) located in the common loft area. Descending the wooden staircase brings you to the large family room. This area is great for entertaining friends and family with its large comfy living area, and sofa and another wall mounted 50' TV. In this area there is also a 9' regulation size Pool Table, Dart Board, board games, and cards. On this bottom lever there are two additional bedrooms and bathroom. Beyond the patio doorway on this level there is the Deluxe 6 Person Hot Tub. In the yard you're also provided with a small area with a Fire Pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. You will have access to the Shenandoah River that is less than 1 mile down the mountain. The common area has a charcoal grill and picnic tables that is situated along the river with the bonus of an amazing view. Neighborhood is private, quiet and most importantly, relaxing. ----There is a 5.3% lodging tax in our county and a 5% state tax (for a total of 10.3% in taxes). Airbnb collects 5.3% and we will request the payment of the remaining taxes separately once reservation is completed and paid in full. - -We have an 8 adult minimum charge unless it's a midweek stay during non-peak season. - -Federal Holidays & October bookings are a 3 night minimum. Easter (spring break), JMU graduation weekend, Thanksgiving & Christmas are a 4 night minimum stay, mid-June thru Labor Day there is a 5 night minimum unless check-in is less than 2 weeks away. (Exceptions are made for the minimum stay depending on availability and current bookings). - -You must be at least 25 years old to book the property. We also have a 30 pound limit on a maximum of 2 dogs. Each dog has a $55 non-refundable deposit. --You will need to bring things such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher & laundry detergent, trash bags, soap, shampoo & other toiletries. And, you may want to bring insect spray, tin foil, flashlights, firewood for pit & wood stove. (all disposable items are not provided). A reminder of this info will be provided in an email a week prior to check-in. --Wifi is a verizon jetpack hot spot and you will receive 3 GB of data to use during your stay (3 nights or less). Weekly rentals will receive more data.
