Spacious mansion minutes from San Juan!

We love this property, our everyday home, and we are happy to share it with you. It is a mansion with the unique Caribbean architecture of the early to mid-70s. A Caribbean estate at its finest located in one of the best neighborhoods of Puerto Rico, renowned for its beautiful homes and safety. We are 15-18 minutes from Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde (where most metropolitan city area beaches are located), and 20-25 minutes from the SJU airport. We don't like offering something we wouldn't stay for ourselves and trust us, we are very picky. The property impresses once you're here. It's a big home. But, please read everything regarding location—rules and the space, so that expectations are managed. The mansion offers 7 rooms, each with a private en suite bathroom. Meaning each room is designed as a master bedroom of different sizes. Available to you are two fully equipped kitchens (gas and electric), a dining room, 3 living rooms, a bar area, a pool, outdoor tables and seating, barbeque, and a TV in 6 rooms. In addition: a ping pong table and a gazebo. The jacuzzi will have the same temperature as the pool, it is not heated. But it will have jets and bubbles. Just to let you know, this house runs on solar water heaters, commonly used here on the island. And for your convenience, we also have solar panel system backups and batteries to maintain the house with electricity in the event of a power outage, something that's part of the everyday life of a Puerto Rican ;) Guest access Guests have access to all the house has to offer. Other things to note No parties or events are permitted. We also don't accept visitors to this Airbnb. Your reservation would be for the registered guests only. We love our guests to be upfront. It's important that the people that stay in our home are honest about what they need.
