We live out of state, but respond to calls and texts in a timely manner. There is a local property manager and caretaker who can physically respond to any property issues that may arise during your stay. House is on a private peninsula, yet part of a wonderful quaint neighborhood. It's 2 minutes off the main road that cuts across Douglas Lake and close to a convenience store, marina, boat and water craft rental, restaurant, and Food City Grocery Store. If you don't want to cook, Delivery from Dandridge is available. And Hoss Cove boasts a wonderful water view all year long. -The lake is typically at its lowest from the months of October through the beginning of April - requiring boats to be launched at public boat ramp by Dandrige rather than beside the house. -The lake is typically at full pool by Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
