Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. The community pool entrance is just down the steps from the deck and there is also easy access to the beach from multiple boardwalks. Walk up the stairs to the first level, which features the cheery living/dining/kitchen area with sliding glass doors that open onto a private deck offering views of the nearby sparkling pool and tall palms. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. Listen to the stereo while relaxing on the comfy couch (with queen sofa bed) and love seat or watch an after-dinner movie on the wall-mounted TV. Tile floors and nice blinds throughout the house set a clean and modern vibe, as do the granite vanities and tiled showers throughout the home. The well-equipped open kitchen includes granite counters and stainless appliances, which coupled with the views, makes preparing meals and even loading the dishwasher, a pleasure. Dine at the glass dining table with six comfortable chairs, or at the two stools at the counter. A short eight-step stairway leads up to the windowed landing where there is a shared full bathroom and a bright bunk room. Another short stairway leads to the second floor. Here you will find the conveniently located laundry room and the lovely, airy, main bedroom and private bath. Sliding glass doors open onto the private balcony. Enjoy stunning views of the sandy beach even from the comfortable bed. The spacious bathroom features double sinks and a stone-tiled, glass-fronted shower.
