Imagine sipping your coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail on your own gated first floor patio with full access & views of the Atlantic Ocean and Fireworks from The Pier. Walk to restaurants, Boardwalk, Ocean Center and Main Street. Newly renovated condo with 2 Queen beds, full size sofa/futon & fully equipped kitchen. Occupancy is maximum of 4 with NO exceptions. No children under the age of 12. The space Location and value! We are the closest beach resort to The Daytona International Speedway( WELCOME TO ROCKVILLE) and the LPGA International Golf Course. Lots of great eateries, shopping,movie theaters and The Ocean Center all a short walk away. Our condo is privately owned and maintained to provide you with all the comforts of home. We feature free high speed WIFI and smart tvs for your own streaming. We do not provide housekeeping during your stay but it may be available at an additional fee for sporadic cleaning during a lengthy stay. Please inquire if you are in need of this service. Our listing is not appropriate for small children (less than 12 years old) and we cannot accommodate them at all as we have no locked barrier between our unit and the pool and parking lot. Although occupancy is strictly enforced to four max, if you want more private sleeping arrangements, the living room has a full size futon sofa and there is a privacy door between the bedroom and living room. Please let us know so we can leave additional linens. Currently, pets are not allowed. The association has cameras on the outdoors of our property. All early check ins and late checkouts are subject to additional fees and availabilty. Please inquire with us for cost and availability. Guest access All areas of the resort, pool , beach and laundry facilities. One parking pass is available for your stay. We are unable to provide a second one but reasonable paid parking is available nearby. Also please note we are unable to book to anyone under 25 years of age and any booking made by persons under 25 will be cancelled and we will not refund. A government issued id may be required for age verification. Because there is no lockable barrier between our listing and the pool it is not suitable for young children under 12 years of age. This is strictly enforced. We appreciate your understanding. There will be a charge for any lost keys and non returned parking passes at $50 per lost item. All dishes must be done by you prior to your checkout or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee at our discretion. . Please be sure to remove all garbage from the unit daily including day of checkout. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee at our discretion if unit is not left in good condition. Other things to note The main Pool is OPEN. During the colder months, if the nighttime temperature drops to a certain level, the heat is required by law to be turned on. This automatically shuts off the AC as the entire building is connected to one main system. This does not happen often but if needed there are ceiling fans and portable AC units available in the event is does. Thank you for your understanding. The booker must be staying in the unit the entire stay. All guests, other than spouse and minor children, must have ID verified and be added to the reservation at least 72 hours prior to check in.
