Swordfish Suite - Dog Friendly Pub Shed Retreat

Spacious serene getaway nestled in the beautiful Tiny Home mountain community of Waters Edge. Sitting just off the lake, our home is a larger version of a "Tiny Home" with 3 large rooms to sleep (king/ Queen/ 2 Twins loft), 2 full baths, a full kitchen & living room with "WOW" water views! Outdoor areas: Covered deck propane firepit, real wood fire pit. Optional add (fee) on rental is BONUS Pub Shed with bar, roll up garage door/deck to view the lake. Great for extra space and entertainment The space The Swordfish Suite is fit for a small group and is the perfect place to enjoy this wonderful community and beautiful lake setting. The spacious home has a king bedroom with full bath, a queen bedroom, a hallway full bathroom and a very large "stand up" loft with 2 twin beds up a nice stairway. The kitchen is a chefs dream and fully stocked with anything you would need. There is a large island for eating/socializing, ample counter space for cooking, a coffee bar, & a "Bar space" for mixing drinks. The gorgeous living room is connected to the kitchen with amazing water views and a large TV. Open the French doors to an incredible outdoor living space under a covered porch with chat table fire pit. There is a huge side porch with a grill & wide open to lake views. This is a great place to catch some sunshine & read a book! Just off the deck is a winding path back to the PUB Shed. This Shed is another hangout spot to watch a game on TV, have a drink, play games or just enjoy the lake view. There is an exterior "real wood" fire pit area for times when you want to sit under the trees & stars in a woodsy atmosphere. The community path behind our home is a hop skip and jump to the lake and Kayak rental area. DOG FRIENDLY RULES: Dogs are NOT allowed inside the main house. The PUB shed is a beautiful 14 x 14 extra house that dogs can hang out and sleep (mini split a/c and heater inside). The entire deck off of the house is also great for dogs to spend time with you and connects to a fenced area for your dog potty needs. We expect all dog droppings to be picked up before leaving the property! We offer dog waste bags right on the property for your use!! Dog bowls are provided! DOG WASH area is on the deck! This can come in very handy when its muddy and after the dogs get out of the lake!!! Please be conscious of neighbors when your dog is outside and keep barking to a minimum. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and Pup Shed if you are bringing a dog with pet fee attached!! If you are not bringing a dog the pub shed is available for additional cost $125 rental per stay. Please make sure to turn off lights and air/heat accordingly when exiting the property if you utilize the shed. Special code is given for access after payment. Other things to note Wonderful Space!! Larger than a normal Tiny house which gives you room to sleep well and not be on top of each other. You will love all of the outdoor living! Firepit chat table and awesome side decks for grillin' & chillin'. The pub shed is a bonus for a fun living area to have drinks, watch tv and view the lake from the roll up glass garage door!!
