Peaceful suite and private entrance. Parking situation: large parking lot behind the house accessed via alleyway. There is also free street parking. Minutes from everything. This apartment is fully furnished and cozy. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, spacious shower, Roku TV, a lot of natural lighting. Dedicated working space with high-speed Wi-Fi access. we have also provided a fan and a heater for comfort. Full kitchenette: includes mini fridge, sink, skillet, pot, electric stove, kettle coffee maker w/coffee and all necessary serve ware. Enjoy the front porch just outside your door. This apartment is separate entrance to the main entrance of the whole house . There are shared spaces you can enjoyed (front porch ,backyard ,laundry room in the basement ) . As for smoking, it is not allowed inside of apartment or building , but feel free to do so on the porch and use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.
