Located 30 meters from the gondola, our flat is minutes away from a wide choice of restaurants, bars, spas and shopping. As our vacation home it is equipped with everything you could want. We even have a raclette set and a fondue sets for cheese and chocolate fondue. There is a BBQ on one balcony. Paid parking (6 BGN per day) is behind our building. 3 Phase electric car charging is additional and needs to be agreed in advance. There is a ski rental place next to our entrance. The space As this is our vacation flat is extremely cozy. While we do have some personal items here, there is plenty of storage space and you will have full use of the flat. We like to cook and have plenty of spices you can use as well as plenty of cooking utensils and baking pans. There are also some kids' games and markers for coloring in the green room. We have satellite tv and plenty of blankets to cuddle up in. If you are traveling with more people, we also rent out apartment 2 which is located one floor down. The bed in the blue room also has a heating pad under the sheets. Guest access You will have the whole flat to yourselves. We do use this flat as our vacation home when we have time to ski so there are some personal items and ski clothing there, but they are stored in a separate area leaving you plenty of closet space. Other things to note We will give you a voucher for a discount in the paid parking area behind our building. We can arrange a discount for ski rentals. Breakfast and packed lunches can be provided upon request at an additional cost. We have dogs and use this flat as our vacation home. If you have allergies or are adverse to dogs, please not that traces of dog hair may remain even after intense cleaning. Firewood is not included.
