Welcome to this new apartment with a private terrace and perfect sunset and sea view. It's all a in walking distance - 10min to old town and 10min to the city beach by foot. Perfect also for remote working. There is a private parking space! The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a spectacular living room. It's fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven/microwave, washing machine and an air conditioning. On the terrace there is a large barbecue. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower. Every furniture piece in the flat is "hand-picked" with a lot of love - no standard furniture. The master bedroom is next to the terrace (with direct access) and has a sea view and also a desk for remote working. The kingsize bed is 1.60m x 2m. The smaller bedroom offers a view towards the hilly countryside. The double bed is 1.40mx2m. There is a foldable extra bed on request. Both bedrooms are furnished with a fully equipped workplace (incl. large external screen). Keyboard, mouse + connection cable to the screen have to be brought by yourself (1xHDMI or 1xHDMI or Thunderbolt). There's a rooftop terrace on the 5th floor with a spectacular view of the whole town, sea, countryside and Morocco. Private parking spot in the garage incl. storage for kite gear. There is also an indoor pool, sauna and fitness area in the building. However, this area is temporarily closed. Guest access You can reach Tarifa by bus or by car. There is a private garage where you can park your car and also a private cupboard to put all your kite gear in. The next big supermarket (Lidl) is 5 minutes away (by foot).
