Our home provides a beautiful reprieve for your group to stay together in one location. With plenty of room, you will feel like everyone has their own space. There are 3 traditional bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is a loft w attached futon/office area. The backyard has a pool with soaking tub, a large covered patio & gas BBQ We’ve made updates! New windows, front door motion light & a wonderful new pool maintenance crew! Located approximately 10-15 minutes from the airport & LV strip The space There is a downstairs room with a desk and futon/couch. (This room has its own door to the backyard area) From there, the spiral staircase leads to the attached loft/upstairs area with a queen bed. The loft area shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. In 2025 we replaced all the house windows, painted the interior and added front porch motion light. We use a local pest control company with regular maintenance to the property. We’ve also hired a new local pool maintenance company- they clean and maintain every Friday. There is a camera and noise monitor in the backyard. There is a camera that oversees the front door (ring doorbell) and there are noise monitors inside the home.
