The Hales Lake House w/ Hot Tub!

Space will not be an issue in our stylish new construction 5 bedroom 6 bathroom lake house! Our home can sleep 18! Mornings are best spent on the back deck overlooking the lake, enjoy your days on the lake with your boat in our double decker covered slip! Slow down in the evening with a game of table tennis, watching TV or just relax and play one of our games. The space The Hales Lake House offers lots of spaces for guests to eat, sleep, and play! EAT: Open concept kitchen / dining / living room. Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including two stoves, two dishwashers, and DRIP coffee makers! Our kitchen has 10' island with plenty of work space and seating for 8, which is open to our dining room with a table big enough to seat twelve. Or head outside where we offer a PROPANE GAS GRILL which we supply the propane! SMALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES 2x Traditional Drip Coffee Makers 2x 7-quart slow cookers (Crock-Pots) Ninja Blender Kitchen Aid Electric Mixer Toaster Electric hand mixer Electric flat-top griddle SLEEP: Lots of beds to sleep everyone! Mainfloor has two king bedrooms/masters each with luxurious attached full ensuites. Head downstairs to find a third king bedroom with full ensuite, two bunk rooms each with two twin over double bunks one with a set of trundles! There is a full bathroom on the lower level to serve the bunks rooms - designed for multiple users with separate shower/WC/double sinks - along with a half bath upstairs off the kitchen and downstairs right inside the door from the lake. Our capacity is 16 guests (maximum 10 adults). More than 10 adults puts too much stress on our septic and we don't what to have issues during your stay. Inside we have multiple tables that can be used for games, which we have available for you. Lounge and watch movies on the huge sectional or enjoy a game of table tennis in the rec room as well. The backyard offers a large flat grassy area next to the fire pit for corn hole, etc. The frontward offers a large paved driveway with great space for basketball on the stationary goal, 4 square, etc. Multiple swings hanging from large trees, too! WORK: Work with views of the dock in the private office off of main floor living area which has built in desk for 2 along with an extra table and chairs for additional workspace. TV on wall, strong wifi. Internet / Wifi is great at 33mbps. Smart TVs: 70" - main floor living area 65" - downstairs rec room 55" - all 3 king bedrooms 42" - office FIRE PIT: Outside we have a large fire pit with 8 custom made wood Adirondack chairs for relaxing by the fire or cooking up some s'mores! We supply the firewood. DOCK: Head out onto the lake and enjoy our double decker dock! Adirondacks and a swing on lower level, a table with seating for 6 with an umbrella up top as well as 4 lounge chairs. Feel free to store your boat in our slip or rent one and keep it here! Average 13' WATER DEPTH! WATER DEPTH As of December 21, 2025 we have 3 feet of water at the end of our dock which is plenty for any size boat! PATHWAY TO DOCK The walk down from the house to the dock is a reasonably flat mulched path and is 163ft. HOT TUB! No worries here at all! We have a set of WASHERS/DRYERS on each floor and and an iron available on the main floor if needed. If you would like to use your own personal watercraft the Hartwell marina boat ramp is a short 5 minute drive. Guest access Full and private access to the entire house and dock. Other things to note Only four stairs to enter the house from the parking area, then a full flight of stairs to get to the lower level. The lake can be accessed by walking around the side of the property and the walk with reasonably level. WE SUPPLY: Linens, towels STARTER- hand soap, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, foil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. *Note pricing is based on occupancy. Base occupancy is 10 and $15 per person per night over 12* CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
