The space This waterside condo offers two bedrooms (one queen that sleeps 2, and one twin pull-out trundle bed that sleeps 2), a spacious dining and living room, a lovely galley kitchen, and all of the basic ammenities to help you feel right at home on the seacoast of NH. One note: This unit does not have a cooking stove, but has a toaster oven, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and all of the other ammenities for food and bev prep. It's also fully equiped with AC in the main living area and bedrooms to keep you nice and cool during summer months. We welcome house-trained four legged friends. This unit is accessed by one flight of stairs. It's an easy walk into the heart of downtown Portsmouth and only 8 miles to NH best beaches. Come visit! NOTE: This condo is located at the end of a bridge in downtown Portsmouth. Beginning July 1, 2024 the city of Portsmouth will be doing construction on the bridge during the weekdays, between the hours of 7AM and 6PM. Construction will NOT occur on weekends. The bridge will remain open to all pedestrians so guests can still easily walk into town. However, there may be a detour for cars beginning in late summer or fall. Guest access This unit has one parking spot available directly in front of the condo. Additional parking is available down the street at a parking Garage. The unit is accessed by one flight of stairs. Guests are granted access to their unit with a smart code key pad.
