This two-bedroom top floor condo features gorgeous floor to ceiling windows in the Master Suite, new stainless steel appliances, breathtaking views of the main channel from the balcony at mile marker 24 and is just a 3-minute drive to Margaritaville! The Bay Point complex features two pools, a playground, walking trails, and picnic area with charcoal BBQ grills for you use and enjoyment. The space Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare your meals and has a large breakfast bar with four barstools, and all-new stainless steel appliances. There is also a dining room table with seating for four. Living Room The living room has a flat screen TV, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, and sliding glass door out to the balcony. Master Suite The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, walk in closet, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the upper pool and the main channel. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has a flat screen TV, dresser, closet, and a full over twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has a flat screen TV, dresser, closet, and a full over twin bunk bed. There is also a small desk with computer monitor, keyboard and mouse. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Outside The balcony overlooking the lake can be accessed both from the living room sliding glass door, and from the Master Suite. On the balcony you will find a glass top patio table with seating for 6. Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active at exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
