This is one of the very few homes in Sedona with a private pickleball court. Home is surrounded by rock formations. Mountain views are amazing from all around the home. Great room seating can accommodate all the guests at one place making this a perfect home for groups and families. Central AC and Heating. WIFI speed is excellent. Plenty of parking. The space Bring your family and another family or some friends and enjoy this beautiful home. Play pickle ball after an early morning hike or drive along the broken arrow trail. Sit in the hot tub under the stars or sit around the two outdoor fire places. Curl up by the fireplace and enjoy the smart TV with cable channels, or take advantage of the free WiFi to stay connected. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, makes it easy to prepare your own meals, and the in-unit washer and dryer ensure you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Unfortunately, I do not allow any pets. You can try the Salt Room that is across the street. There are many Vortex points in Sedona where you can meditate and feel the energy within you. Master bedroom has one queen bed and folding twin bed. Second Bedroom has one bunk bed and one king bed. Third bedroom has one queen bed and a folding twin bed. All bedrooms have beautiful views. All Three bathrooms have walk-in showers. Master bathroom also has tub with jets. Large windows bring in lots of light. You can even enjoy mountain views while relaxing in the tub with jets in master bath. You will be able to enjoy the famous rock formations of Sedona from your windows. Home is located at an ideal spot very close to Art gallery's and hiking trails. FREE Sedona shuttle pickup parking lot is literally across the street to this home. World famous Tlaquepaque village art galleries are about one mile from the home. Cant ask for a more convenient location than this. Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms except the pantry room. Other things to note 30 day minimum is required due to CCR's. Call the host to discuss this restriction. USPS mail is not setup. Please do not use this address for your mails. Cleaning every 14 days will be required. Do not try to approach wild life that is around the property. They may appear cute but they are not tame and may attack if you get too close to them.
