This townhome is super clean, comfy, and freshly updated and decorated to provide you the perfect beach getaway experience. It is a family owned vacation home where we would like our guests to experience all the luxuries of the Gulf and 30A. Whether at the beach or cooking/grilling your favorite dish we have spared no expense to make sure every aspect of your trip is enjoyable. The neighborhood offers tranquillity while enjoying an evening or morning stroll. The beach is 1.3 miles away. Enjoy the easy and safe check-in process with our townhome by receiving a code from our Property Manager before your check in time to just let you and your guests right in- without having to make contact with anyone. Walk on in our place as if it is your own home and enjoy! Feel free to use the kitchen as your own! We have it fully stocked so cooking or grilling on our outdoor grill should come easy. We have a new washer and dryer so please feel free to use them as well. Enjoy our brand new 632 sq. ft. deck in the backyard with a spectacular outdoor shower. The backyard is completely private with an 8-foot privacy fence. Or enjoy the front porch looking out to our very own palm tree. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Bedroom 1 has 2 full-size beds and Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed. Both rooms have their own smart TV. There is a dedicated work desk located in Bedroom 2 and has access to wired 400 MB/s internet for seamless access to your company’s VPN or to take a Zoom call while enjoying a little R&R. Two monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse are available if you need to get some work done or if you just want to surf the web. You would just need a laptop with a USB-C port to connect to the dock. You can relax in the living room and watch your favorite streaming services on our 50” LCD Smart TV from our comfy couch and loveseat if you need a change from the sounds of the beach. The couch has a sofa bed with a thick memory foam topper for a little extra comfort. The kitchen is stocked with all needed cookware, utensils, knives, etc to cook or bake to your hearts content. We provide a drip-style and Keurig coffee maker (with starter coffee), toaster, hot-water kettle for tea, and a waffle iron. There is a dishwasher to take the hassle off of cleaning the kitchen and the very large refrigerator and microwave are brand new. We also have a brand new air a fryer and toaster oven for your convenience. We have a magic bullet, cheesecake pan and mini muffin non stick pan. We have made many improvements in the yard and while privacy is extremely valued we do not have control over when the lawn service comes. The H.O.A. controls lawn care. We do have a phone number we were given to reach out to them and we will gladly pass this number along if you would like to inquire with them during your stay. This is an entire private 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Townhouse with a smart lock for hassle free Checkin and checkout. We are here to answer any questions and concerns during your stay. We try to respond within minutes to any request. We encourage any comments or suggestions that you may have. The neighborhood is very serene and relaxed. It is located on a private drive so there will not be any through traffic. The place includes 2 parking spots. One in the driveway and another in a common parking lot about 50 feet away. The additional spot is just past the townhouse to the right in a common gravel lot. Parking in the grass is not allowed by the HOA, so you will only be allowed one vehicle in the driveway. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked outside the neighborhood.
