This luxury home features balconies and waterway views from the main living spaces and spacious master bedroom and bathroom. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There's also a game room that feels like it's own little living space directly off the outdoor area. Master bedroom is on the third floor of the home and boasts a large open concept with balconies. You can look out to the water from just about every area in the room. King bed, TV, large garden tub, glass shower with double shower heads, double vanities and makeup area, big walk in closet, separate enclosed toilet room and sitting area facing the large windows. On the balcony you will find a sitting area facing the water. The third floor also houses two of the three guest bedrooms. The kids room has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top. Cute little sitting area and closet. The other guest bedroom on this floor has a king sized bed, TV, pack n play and closet. There's a shared bathroom in the hallway for the upstairs guest rooms with large vanity and a tub/shower combo. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and is across from the upstairs bathroom. The second floor of the home has the main living space and has the fourth bedroom featuring a Queen sized bed and full bathroom. Large open concept kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and includes a wine cooler. Living room has a sectional sofa, TV, eight top farmhouse dining table, breakfast bar dining as well as play area for kids and sitting area that's facing the sliding doors leading to the large outside deck with a dining table and umbrella. There are stairs from this balcony that lead down to the main level lounging area, pool, hot tub and entrance to the game room. Game room has a ping pong table, sitting area, bag boards, four top dining table, TV, bar with bar stools and mini fridge. In the garage you will also find a beach wagon and folding beach chairs. There are also pool towels in the game room for guest use. There's a shopping center on the way to the beach that has some famous seafood at Keegan's Seafood Grille, pizza at Chicago Jaxx, hair salon, boutique and beach shop. Bike rentals, golf cart rentals and board rentals are also available in the area. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
