Other things to note There is a window AC unit placed in each bedroom during the summer months. There is not AC in the living room. There is not a washer and dryer inside the unit. The coin operated communal washer and dryer room is located in the Clubhouse. Per the cities laws on maximum guest count, infants must be included in the total guest count and are charged the same rate as adults. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night. We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever. Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to allergies. We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.
