Casa Quinta Mar is a beautiful country house with a large garden and pool, ideal for families or groups of friends. It's located in El Tule, home to the ancient ahuehuete (the Tule tree), visited by thousands of tourists from around the world each year. Less than 20 minutes from Oaxaca City, it's an incredible opportunity to enjoy country life, hiking and biking trails, strolls through the town, and, of course, the incredible experience of staying with us. The space Casa Quinta Mar is a remodelled house, details were selected for a special and comfortable vacation. You will be inmersed with beautiful handcraft pieces and textiles, a part of Oaxaca's authenticity. We have fiber optic internet of 150 MB speed, as well as adequate spaces for you to work remotely with comfort. Our house is merged with nature, allowing you to disconnect from the city life and enjoy Oaxaca's wonderful land. We are located in the middle of the mezcal route, from here, you will be able to visit main touristic sites like: Tlacochahuaya, Teotitlán del Valle, Tlacolula's Market, archaeological sites of Yagul and Mitla, as well as several mezcal proucers along the route that leads to the incredible petrified cascades of Hierve el Agua. Guest access You will be able to use everything in the house, including pool, gardens, voleyball/basketball court, bbq palapa, etc. There is an area (with a fence) at the end of the garden, our pets live there, so access is prohibited. Other things to note Many people form Oaxaca go to Santa María del Tule surrounding to walk, hike or cycle as an excersice, so if you like cycling or walking this is great for you! We will tell you about some great destinations you can visit like nearby towns or beautiful natural places.
