The front desk does not have access to your door code, so please be sure to check your messages before arrival. 🚗 Parking Unassigned parking for two vehicles is included at no extra cost in the nearby garage, about a 2 minute walk from the building. Parking passes will be waiting for you inside the condo. Limited street parking may also be available on a first come, first served basis. 🏊 Resort Access Wristbands will be waiting in the condo, one for each registered guest. Wristbands must be worn in all pool areas at all times. Two key cards are also provided for access to the parking garage and resort amenities. Please return both key cards at checkout. A $25 replacement fee applies for each missing card. To avoid deactivation, keep key cards separate from cell phones. Other things to note ❗Important Information This condo is privately owned and independently managed. While we do not control the day to day operations of the resort or its common areas, we are always happy to help point you in the right direction if any issues arise during your stay. ✅ House Rules • Primary renter must be at least 21 years old • No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
