Welcome to our oasis retreat stylish and modern place perfect for groups and families just 5 min drive from Port Franks Beach and 15 min away from Grand Bend. For families the cottage features trampoline, swings, playground, hammocks, 4 TVs, Pacman Arcade, bicycles, it has it all to entertain adults and kids. Kitchen/dining: kitchen is well equipped for cooking needs, Stainless steel appliances, airfryer, panini grill, fridge with water and ice and of course plenty of coffee and tea. Living room: high ceiling room features leather sectional/recliner, 65" Flat TV with WiFi and Netflix. 3 more additional TVs in the house, Playstation 3 console, board games, Pacman arcade, lots of toys available for kids. There is also and office set up for who needs to work remotely (with a monitor available (ask if you need it), just bring your laptop. Outdoor space: 2 outdoor seating areas, outdoor heater for colder days, firepit station, hot tub with gazebo, newly added outdoor sauna (towels and robes complimentary included) hammocks, tree swings (ninja obstacle), 15 ft trampoline. We have available to use bycicles, outdoor games, beach chairs if needed. You will absolutely love the place, it has everything you need: laundry detergent, detergent for dishwasher, hand soap etc. Included for your stay to use if needed, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar, honey, maple syrup, salt, spices, cooking oil, ketchup, mustard etc. Other things available: steamer, iron, curling iron, blow dryer. If you forget anything no problem just ask and we can provide for you as we have a stock with everything you may need for vacation, just bring your food and drinks and wood for outside fire. PARKING FOR 4/5 CARS. Guest access Parking for 4 cars, guests can access the house thru 4 doors (2 front, one side from the deck, one from the back). Main entrance is from the upper deck. NO Pets Other things to note Location is 5 min drive from the beach not walking distance, the beach has plenty of parking spaces, there are 2 parking lots. Beach is beautiful sandy beach no rocks at all, shallow and suitable for small children. 2 marinas if you have a boat/seadoo. There are also wineries close by and falls. Guests living in Ontario and staying with us between January 1 2022- December 31 2022 are eligible for the provincial government's "staycation tax credit." After your stay, just click "get receipt" on your Airnbnb account and use the receipt to claim the tax credit.
