The bedroom can be utilized as an office if 2 bedrooms are not required. It is outfitted with a memory-foam futon couch that folds into a near full-size bed, as well as a small table and chairs, ideal for studying or working. Upon request, guests can be provided with a 20in high self-inflating queen air bed. Upstairs, you will find the bright living/dining area with access to the deck, which overlooks the park and lagoon. We provide free wifi and 2 Roku TVs. The kitchen features updated stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances, full stove/oven, otr microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Of course there are coffee makers and a toaster provided, a cooking set and a wok, and many other kitchen necessities for 2. The bedroom is outfitted with a queen platform bed with under-bed storage, a closet with installed closet system, a dresser, and a roku TV. On this level is also a second bathroom with an over-sized shower stall. Pets are allowed with a per stay/per pet fee, charged separately.
