Our unique location in the very center of downtown Mt Shasta allows you to walk to nearly everything & truly experience this stunning California mountain town. Newly opened in 2022 with a walk-in tile shower, fast & reliable fiber internet & bright white linens. The space This is the absolute best location in downtown Mt Shasta. The room has all new furnishings (2022),bright white linens, brand new bathroom, original hardwood flooring just refinished in 2022, 55" smart tv, and super fast & reliable fiber internet. If you love clean air you'll appreciate the new HEPASilent air purifier in the room. You walk in the room to a generous hallway with a luggage bench on your left and marble hall table on your right. The bathroom on your left has a walk-in tiled shower with glass door and all new plumbing fixtures and flooring. Out in the main room you'll find another luggage bench, a queen sized bed with upscale linens, a mini fridge and microwave along with a little coffee station area, leather butterfly chair with marble side table, full size desk/dining table and a large screen smart tv. Should you need cooking capacity including plates & utensils, please book Suite 101, 102, 206 or 210. You can sit in the leather chair and look at Mount Eddy out the window or see outdoor adventurers renting their equipment across the street as they prepare to mountain bike, ski, snowboard, snowshoe, etc.. If you’d like to store luggage, bikes, snowboards, skis, etc. there is a locked Gear Room on the ground floor of the hotel that is free for hotel guests. If you need to store anything like luggage for a few hours before check-in or after check-out time while you continue to explore the town, just reach out and we'll be happy to accommodate. Guest access Guests will access a micro entry lobby, one flight of stairs and a common hallway. The entire boutique hotel room with bathroom will be private and accessible to only the guest (no sharing of space required). Please note there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required for this space. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Room 101 and Room 102. Cancellation: As a small independent hotel, we are not able to offer refunds or credits outside of the established cancellation policy you book under. Our property is located in an area that experiences winter weather and the potential of wildfires in the summer/fall. Refunds or credits will be extended if there is a state mandated road closure of I-5 near the property or if there is a state mandated evacuation order.
