The space Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to "L Studio", a newly refreshed ground-floor condo offering a cozy and stylish stay just minutes from everything Traverse City has to offer. This pet-friendly studio is ideal for couples or small families with an infant looking for a comfortable base near beaches, trails, restaurants, and downtown attractions. This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 10 people! We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding! ☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ This open-concept studio offers a bright and welcoming layout, featuring a Queen Bed for restful nights and a Sofa for lounging! Toys and children’s games are also available for families traveling with little ones. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ A clean and spacious full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and essentials for a comfortable stay. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals. Prepare light meals or snacks with ease using stainless-steel appliances, a two-burner cooktop, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Bar seating for three makes dining casual and convenient. Relax after a day of exploring in the cozy living area with Smart TV, books, and a selection of games for entertainment. Keep in mind that this is the ground floor of the building. There are other units above and next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 9pm. Please be aware you may also hear noise from the neighboring units. ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ Garage: Best for medium-size vehicles or smaller. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options below! Street parking may be available on Walnut St.—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months. You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City) ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee. ***P.S.
