The space Family Tides Villa is a newly renovated and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2nd floor villa. It has new paint, stainless steel appliances and updated furnishings and is located on desirable Harbor Island. As you enter the villa, you will be in awe of the amazing view from the double sliding glass doors. The open floor plan is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an on-site washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a half bath located downstairs, and a dining area for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the bar. This leads into a cozy family room with plenty of space for friends and family. The family room has a Smart TV, internet, cable and access to the new deck with outdoor seating. Enjoy views of the tidal marsh, ocean, and Hunting Island and feel the soft breezes from the deck. Upstairs you will find the master and guest bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a Smart tv, walk-in shower and a large triple wide window for viewing the ocean, marsh and Hunting Island. The guest bedroom has one double bed and one twin size bed with cable TV. Each spacious bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. The Harbor Island Racquet club is available to you during your stay with 2 swimming pools, a kiddie pool, tennis, volleyball, a half basketball court, pickleball courts, fitness/weight rooms, and playgrounds. Golf cart and bike rentals are all available for rental right on the premises. Hunting Island State Park is less than a 5-minute drive, where you can explore the 2 different beaches, the Lighthouse, Nature Center and more!
