Spring is in the air at our Lake View Condo!

Centrally located 3 story condo on beautiful Deep Creek Lake. Come enjoy all 4 seasons on the lake. Ski Wisp is 5 mins away. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 3rd floor is the loft with bunk beds. Brand new kitchen with new cabinets, granite and stainless appliances. Cathedral ceilings throughout. Wood burning fireplace. Large deck with a beautiful lake view. Come relax and play on the lake or the mountain. Enjoy everything Deep Creek has to offer! The space Come up to the deck and enjoy the view of the lake before you step inside. You’ll enter into the brand new kitchen with all the amenities of home including a coffee bar. We just put in new cabinets, granite, appliances and hard wood floors. Turn the corner into the living room with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace and expansive views of the lake. The main bedroom and a full bath are across from the living room. You can go up a spiral staircase to the loft where we have a twin over full bunk and a seating area with TV, X-box 360 and DVD player with a ton of movies. Or you can go down the spiral staircase to 2nd bedroom and 2nd full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom opens up to a patio with fire pit and additional outdoor seating. Come enjoy the deck with lake views while you sit on our comfy couch or at the high table with chairs. Grill out on the Webber grill. Propane is provided. If it’s too sunny you can roll out the awning for some shade. Guest access Guest access includes everything except 3 owners closets. Other things to note We’re across from the lake but currently don’t have access. We’re on a waiting list for a dock across the street. High mountain sports(1 minute walk) has daily docks for rent as well as kayaks and paddle boards. If you can secure a dock with them you can rent/bring a boat for use. The Home Owners Association doesn’t allow trailer storage if you do bring your own boat but there are several storage places nearby. All that said, you have lake access, just head on over to Deep Creek Lake State Park.
