Kitchen, full bath, and dining area. Living room with sliding glass door provides view of woods and access to the backyard. Bedroom has twin, bunk, and trundle beds for sleeping up to six. Guest access First floor unit, entry through main entrance from porch. Feel free to use sliding glass door for backyard access. Beach passes to access Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park and Beach Chairs Provided (for lost /replacement of beach pass $60 fee will be charge) Other things to note -Assigned 2 cars parking, spot #1. -Please pick up after yourself and your pet. -Long-term renter upstairs; please be courteous and please note they have cats -Exterior security cameras in the following areas: front porch, front yard, driveway, backyard and entrance way. - $50 pet fee and allow only 1 pet.
