This room is located on the Second floor, the room is equipped with a TV, ceiling fan and a queen size bed. There is a full size shared bathroom on 2nd floor, and a half shared bathroom on the 1st floor. The common area consist of a fully functional eat in kitchen and a very warm welcoming Living Room that is shared with other guest in the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Also, for the sake of all house guest I ask for the noise be kept to a minimum after 8pm. The space All guest are welcome to utilize the common areas, such as Living Room, Kitchen and half bathroom. This Room is equipped with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV (no cable) and Wifi. A set of towels will be provided. There is NO smoking permitted in the property. The house is 20 mins from the Airport and walking distance to public transportation. Free street parking where available. Guest access Guest have access to the first floor, Living Room, Eat-in-Kitchen and half bathroom. Guest can also sit out in the front porch. During your stay I am always available via text, if it’s an urgent matter please feel free to call me. Other things to note Feel free to utilize the fully equipped Kitchen, we have everything needed to cook a meal and store some away for another day. The common Living Room is nice and cozy too!
