Golf Cart is Optional, Included & Requires Signed Waiver, Copy of License, Insurance and 25 years of age or older to Drive. If you are bringing a Dog(s), please include this in Booking and Pay Pet fee(s) as indicated. A fine of $350 will be applied if pets are brought in without paying the pet fees. Doggies (up to two) must be 100% potty trained, well behaved, and stay off Furniture and Beds. Designated pet throw blankets are provided for those “small dogs” who might be your tenacious snuggle boss. 😳 Guest access Entire Home, two car garage, private driveway, fenced back yard on .25 acres. Beach Chairs, Towels, Bocce Balls & more * Golf Cart use: Driver must be at least 25 years of age, have valid Driver’s License, & Insurance, and Sign our Liability Waiver please. Any damage to our Sierra Golf Cart, by our guest, or anyone they allow to drive it, must be quickly repaired at the expense of our guest. * Guests who choose to utilize the provided golf cart during their stay assume full responsibility for its operation and any associated risks. *By choosing to use the golf cart, you release the property owner and its affiliates from all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses that may arise from its use. This includes any personal injury, property damage, or other potential harm. *You must agree to comply with all applicable laws (Florida and Local) and operate the golf cart safely. *The release of liability is binding throughout your stay and using the golf cart is at your own risk, and the property owner cannot be held accountable for any issues that may occur. Guest operator is responsible for assuring all Safety equipment is functional and utilized by passengers. Drivers must obey all Florida State and Local Laws; such as Sober Driving, using lights, turn signals (must manually switch on or off), seat belts, and parking Brake, and have Current Auto Insurance. Please read the provided manual for safety and operations. Golf Cart windshield must remain up when Driving (must be 25 years old or older) Seat belts must be worn. Golf Cart (Cool as it is) is Not 4WD, and therefore not allowed on Beach Sand which County restricts to Residents only. Please use plentiful parking spaces at the many Beach access points. Also, please remove key when parked (it has tracker if misplaced 🤪) and please keep Golf Cart in Garage when at our home. Thank You
