The space Fully furnished. Queen bed in bedroom. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living rooms. Sleeps wonderfully. Coin Laundry is available on site. Bicycle storage in the basement. Communal grill and outdoor common area. Guest access Entire condo is yours exclusively. Other things to note I prefer the outside back stairs for entry but some prefer the indoor front stairs. There is no central HVAC on this building. There are wall units in place that from my time living there I can say we’re quite effective.
