The space *4 comfortable BRs *2 living areas *2 full bathrooms *Open-design living room *Full-equipped kitchen *High-speed wifi *Swimming Pool *Free parking As you enter this home you are encountered the first living room, dining room, kitchen area, and family room, all these spaces with 2 huge glass sliding doors with magnificent views of the pool deck and backyard area. the Master suite features a queen size bed, a private bathroom as well, and a door to the pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are where you'll prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the family room. *But wait! the best is yet to come! step out onto a fully fenced backyard, where you can soak up the pool, prepare delicious BBQs, and have hours of family fun by the pool. Laundry Room: washer and dryer available on site for your use. A starter kit of cleaning supplies included: 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom 1paper towel 1sponge 1 garbage bag in each garage bin. Guest access Please note- the code to lockbox information will be sent on the day of your check-in. check your message inbox on the booking site. Other things to note Please : *No pets allowed * No parties allowed *No smoking allowed *No daily cleaning services. * All the TVs are smart TVs for your online streaming. * We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g Lawn care and pool maintenance, that may need access to the yard. we will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. *Quiet hours start from 9 pm to 9 am. *The exterior of the home has cameras covering the front door and the backyard area. *Smoking inside the house will result in an extra $ 300 cleaning fee. No cigarettes, no weed, no vapes, etc... *Pool heating is optional on request for an (additional fee). Please let me know in advance so I can turn it on before your stay. Do not use any glass anywhere near the pool,If you break a glass, the entire pool has to be drained to clean up the broken glass shards, which incurs an additional $1200 fee. *There is a fee of $80 per stay to use the Grill,and grill tools are available for your use.please let me know in advance if you want that option.
