Elevator, underground secure parking Guest access We have a secure building with underground parking as well as an outside lot. A car is recommended, but we do have bus service and Uber. Guests can use the fobs to access all common areas, including pool, hot tub, direct beach access and game and fitness rooms. There is a grocery store a mile from the building. You only need to take a short drive to find a number of wonderful restaurants. Tanger Mall and One Daytona are less than 10 miles from the condo and have many first-class stores for those wanting to shop. Disney World is under 2 hours by car. Other things to note Must be 25 to rent. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. No pets, house parties or smoking allowed in the units. We are a residential condominium, not a hotel. House rules will be provided at check-in. For your convenience, we provide a start-up supply of laundry and paper products and toiletries.
