This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a Private 2 Car Garage and plenty of driveway space in a Beautiful neighborhood in the Speedway area. Home has a fenced in back yard with plenty of space for yard games, Grilling and sitting around the Fireplace. Our home is Minutes from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, has numerous restaurants near by, Go-Karting and the beautiful Brickyard Crossing Golf Course right down the road. Sleeping arrangements -4 Total Beds that can fit 8 people -1 King -2 Queens -1 Air Mattress - Couch - What guests love about my place: + High quality mattresses and appliances purchased in 2022 + Awesome neighborhood + New sectional couch bought in 2022 + Full of many amenities KITCHEN: - Keurig beverage bar with a variety of K-cups - Snack and Biscuits provided with coffee bar - Whirlpool refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave - Brand new cookware - Knives, cutting boards, many utensils, spices, and cooking essentials are provided - Eat-in kitchen with a table for 6 LIVING ROOM: - 55 inch LG Smart TV purchased in June 2022 - Large comfortable sectional couch - Card games, Cards Against Humanity, Uno, and a normal deck of cards BEDROOMS: - All new mattresses purchased in June 2022 - USB ports and outlets on both sides every bed - Bedroom 1, + King size bed with memory foam mattress + Black out shades + pack and play in the closet - Bedroom 2, + Queen size bed with memory foam mattress + Black out shades - Bedroom 3, + Queen size bed with memory foam mattress + Black out shades BATHROOMS: - Plenty of plush towels - Charmin toilet paper and toiletries are provided - Hallway bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination - King Suite bathroom has a shower stall and large bath tub. LAUNDRY: - New Whirlpool washer -Dryer, iron, ironing board, detergent, Tide to-go Pen stain remover, and fabric softener are also available for you to use. PARKING: - 2 average sized vehicles will fit into the Garage, 2 Large sized vehicles will fit in the driveway, and you can park on the street in front of the property OUTDOOR SPACE: - Fenced in backyard - Outdoor furniture with seating for 4 - Solo Stove fireplace with 8 lawn chairs for nights around the fire - Corn hole/Bags - Front patio has outdoor furniture with seating for 2 Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space and neighbors with respect. Please Keep to Quiet Hours at 10pm. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not live on-site. We purchased the house in June 2022 and still have some items on my wish list. We believe all houses are a work in progress and will continue to make improvements.
