The space This newly built home has an open concept first floor that includes a cozy living room featuring a 60” smart TV, couch and two chairs as well as a dining table set for four. The mid-century style kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a big island with seating for two, quartz countertops and all the cookware to enjoy a meal in. Small appliances include a Keurig duo coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and microwave. The upstairs bedrooms have king size beds, smart TVs and beautiful ensuite bathrooms. The master bathroom has a dual vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, makeup remover towels and more. Washer/dryer located in the upstairs hallway with dryer sheets and laundry detergent. The outdoor backyard off the living room has a dining set for four and gas BBQ. ***Garage not available for guest use.
