Just steps from St. George Street, Flagler College, King Street, the fort, restaurants, and attractions, it’s perfect for couples, families, solo travelers, or small groups celebrating milestones—weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, or reunions. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and the magic of downtown in one charming retreat. The space This cozy udated 2 BR 1 bath apartment, is about 550 sq ft of space, located on the 2nd floor above our bungalow garage, making the apartment on the same premises as the main house which may also be rented. Please note, the common areas of the backyard are shared when bookings overlap between the two homes, thus far we have never had an issue of guests sharing the space, as more often than not, guests of the main house tend to spend more time in the front yard, but the backyard is available for their use also. Free parking for up to two cars, is available on the gravel driveway to the left of the garage/apartment. The main living space has a large couch, a Smart TV, and a dining area seating 4. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and essentials for cooking, dining and enjoying your stay in St Augustine. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The blue bedroom a firm bed, and the light green one a medium firm. Both of the bedrooms have an additional smaller Smart TV as well. Guest access Keypad. Code to be provided the day before or day of check-in. Other things to note Please note, the apartment is located above a garage that is attached to the main house. Thus, the backyard may be shared if listings overlap, and we kindly ask our guests to be courteous to others when sharing the parking premises and the backyard dining area. The gravel parking to the left of the garage is reserved to be used by guests staying at the apartment. It fits 2 large cars, possibly up to three if smaller. If interested in staying longer than a week, the washer and dryer, can be made available for your stay. The main house is also available for short term rentals.
