Please remember that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house, on the front porch, and within 20 feet of the property. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting loud parties, using drugs, or engaging in underage drinking during your stay. Such violations can lead to immediate eviction by Airbnb. Guest access Guests has full access of the house, patio, outdoor shower, bikes and smoker grill. Pets are not allowed. No smoking on the premises. Other things to note LINENS SERVICE: Rest assured, the owner will provide FREE duvet covers, blankets, towels, and pillows to ensure your comfort during your stay. This service includes freshly washed sheets for all the beds in the house, making your packing process easier and more convenient. Just let us know if you would like to opt for the linen sheet service, and we will take care of the rest. Option to Bring Your Own Linens: At REHO Haven, we understand that everyone has their preferences when it comes to bedding. That's why we give you the option to bring your own sheets for each bed in the house. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The bottom bunk bed requires full-size sheets, and the top bunk bed needs twin sheets. For the twin XL ottoman sleeper, twin sheets are also required. Please indicate if you plan to bring your own bedding.
