Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect setting for relaxing, entertaining or family reunions. Relax by the pool or take an invigorating walk in Bidwell Park, only 2 blocks away. We are centrally located, get anywhere in under 10 minutes, 5 mins to downtown Chico. The space Master Bedroom: Cal King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Full bed We have two full bathrooms. Hallway bath has a shower and master bath has a shower and separate tub. There are two dedicated and spacious patios that can be used for BBQing or entertaining. Or just enjoy a glass of wine by the outdoor fire. Jacuzzi is for use by the front house only and is on a private patio off of the primary bedroom. The pool is centered in the yard and can be enjoyed anytime, just note that the back house owners or pool house guests may be using the pool also.
