Before You Book • Pet Policy: Please let us know during reservation if you plan to bring a pet. • Pet-friendly units are located on the ground floor. • $50/night for up to 2 pets (tax included). Upon Arrival • Damage Deposit: Amount equal to the first night's stay (refundable). Parking Information • Parking Fee: $20/car/night (no tax). • Limit: 1 car per hotel room or one-bedroom suite; Up to 2 cars for two-bedroom suites. • Restrictions: No RVs, trailers, or commercial trucks allowed. Additional Fees • Rollaway Bed (upon request): $15/night (maximum 1 bed per unit). Important Notes • Pools & Hot Tub: 2 outdoor pools and 1 hot tub (seasonal, May–October). • Activities: Free events like s'mores nights, movies, and karaoke (subject to availability). • Housekeeping: Room refresh every 4th day. • For trash pickup, please call reception and leave trash outside your door. • Units: Each unit is individually decorated.
