Take in the majestic mountains surrounding you on three sides as you sip your morning coffee in this well-equipped 1 bedroom 26'Springdale set on a 23 acre family farm. With power, water and Wi-Fi, you can enjoy glamping with the comforts of a well-stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire table, loveseat, heating and air conditioning. At the end of a day well-spent outdoors, you can rest easy on the full-size bed in the camper's one bedroom. Black and grey tanks are emptied by host as needed. The space This property is a little less than a mile from the Buffalo Bill State Park/Resevoir which is a great place to walk, enjoy the beach or even get out on some kayaks if you have them and the wind cooperates. You'll be about 10 minutes from Cody where you can find Walmart, Main Street shops, restaurants, The Museum of the West, gas stations, outdoor equipment shops, guide services and more. Check out the Cody Nite Rodeo every night Memorial day through Labor Day! The camper is located on our 23 acre family farm so please be aware you will be near animal life and all that goes with that. We have geese, chickens, cattle and countless deer, not to mention the gorgeous Rocky Mountain bluebirds, magpies, cranes, and prairie dogs, and several of our neighbors have horses nearby. We've stocked the camper with all the basics you need to get started on your vacation without a trip to town. You'll have 2 gallons of drinking water, coffee, half 'n half, instant oatmeal, hot cocoa, microwave popcorn, s'mores supplies, granola bars, and kids snacks. Additionally, you're stocked with sun block, bug spray, bear spray and basic first aid. Outside the camper, you can relax around the propane fire table on Adirondacks, camp chairs or hammock in a gravel firepit area. Grill up some dinner on the propane Weber grill and enjoy at the picnic table. Dessert is on us- all you need to do is roast that s'mallow to your desired toastiness! Guest access Please stay within the boundaries of the camper area or on the road, which leads to the State Park's trail system. Please do not walk in the fields or approach the neighbors' horses. If you do want to visit our farm animals just let me know and I'll be happy to give you a tour if I'm available! Other things to note There are 5 total sleeping places in the camper: -1 actual full size bed with mattress in the bedroom -2 short-full bunks: on the top we've doubled up the 3" foam to make a comfy pad for kids. The bottom bunk is a memory foam mattress with cooling mattress pad. (top bunk has weight limit of 125lbs) -1 dinette table that folds down and converts to a small double bed using the seat cushions. -1 loveseat that folds down into a short bed. We provide 1 set of bedding per sleeping space plus spare blankets, 6 bath towels, 3 bathroom hand towels and plenty of dish towels. Infants are welcome, but we don't have a dedicated sleeping arrangement for them due to limited space in the camper. However, we're happy to help you find what you need to make your whole family comfortable. We now provide WIFI and a smart tv! There are also several books and a few decks of cards.
