The space From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by soaring ceilings, natural light, and a bright, open-concept design. The modern interior is accented with warm wood tones, creating a welcoming space that blends comfort and style. The vaulted living room features French doors that open directly to your private backyard oasis. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel Samsung appliances, a five-burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with icemaker, Ninja blender, Keurig (drip & single K-cup), toaster, teapot, and all cookware, utensils, glassware & dinnerware. Gather at the indoor dining table with seating for 10. Living Room Relax in the spacious living room with a sectional sofa and 55" Roku Smart TV. Open the French doors to let in the island breeze and step out to your private backyard. Outdoor Space The private, fully walled yard is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The pool (4.5 ft deep throughout) stays warm in the sun and features swim-up barstools plus a shallow sun-bathing lounge area—great for catching rays or for little ones to splash around. A jetted tub adds extra comfort (NOTE - this is not a hot tub). Outdoor Games Fun for all ages with an oversized chess set, regulation cornhole, Kan Jam, pool basketball & giant Jenga. Bedrooms 6 bedrooms, sleeps 14. Main house: 4 bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms). Detached suites: Bedrooms 5 & 6 each with private bathrooms. All bedrooms feature king beds & Smart TVs. Bedroom 6 also includes a trundle bed (2 twin beds). Bedroom 4 has a baby crib Bathrooms 5 bathrooms total - 4 are ensuite, and one is a shared hallway bath in the main house. Each bathroom features a walk-in shower with detachable handheld sprayers. Hair dryers and an iron and ironing board provided 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and hand soap. There is plenty of hot water as the villa is equipped with a tankless hot water heater. Laundry Room A private laundry area is located in the pool house, complete with washer, dryer & laundry detergent provided. Family Notes: A crib is included in Bedroom 4 with a crib sheet. There is a booster seat that can be attached to a dining chair. The yard is fully fenced, but the pool does not have a safety fence, please supervise children at all times. No special attention has been made to childproofing.
