Groups of 16+ have a minimum $1500 charge added Groups of 20+ have a minimum $2000 charge added Groups of 30-40 have a minimum $3500 charge added Groups 40+ will need to discuss additional fees All nightly events have a minimum $2,000 charge added WEDDINGS** -We have a minimum $7,000 charge added to the stay -We provide restrooms outdoors -We have tables and chairs for up to 125 people for rent -Champagne flutes are provided -Sage Farmhouse Decorations, Arches and etc can be rented -Rental companies can be provided upon request -Guests must purchase insurance and provide within 3 months of their event -A complete downstairs game room with a separate outside seating area, bathroom, shower, refrigerator and sink area so 1 part of the wedding party can be separate while getting ready! *************************************************** WEATHER: Please note that we do not have control over weather conditions: tropical storms, winter storms, rain storms, wind storms, etc. Power outages can happen. Although it happens maybe once a year we like to give notice. During winter months, 4WD vehicles are required Guest access You will have full access to the main home and 2 car garage (1 spot will be available to use, left bay). The 3 Car garage and apartment above will not have access to guests or parking in front of it, unless you have rented both homes. The mechanical space will be locked off as well.
