It accommodates up to four people with two bedrooms, both with queen beds. One bedroom has a full-length mirror and the other has a TV with Roku. The bedrooms include the following: Black out blinds: Dressers Night stands Lamps Large closets stocked with extra pillows, towels, a blanket, hangars, and a floor fan. The full bathroom is large with lots of cabinets, counter space, and a chair. The large entryway has a coat closet, a chair, and a mudroom area. The living room has two comfortable couches with end tables and lamps. The bar-height dining table has a beautiful, unique design that is perfect for a corner. It has both bench and chair seating. There is also a coffee table and a large TV with a sound bar. The stocked kitchen is open and has a breakfast nook. There is a lot of counter space, a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle, and plenty of dishes and cookware. There is a parking space in the driveway. Welcome to our spacious, remodeled apartment in South Anchorage at Dimond Boulevard and Jewel Lake Road. If you're looking for convenience, we're close to South Anchorage shopping and the Anchorage International Airport, making it ideal for stocking up on supplies or having easy access to the airport. Please keep in mind that our location in South Anchorage offers easy access to shopping and the airport. While downtown properties may be more expensive, our affordable option provides great value. We are surrounded by major brand stores, such as Dimond Center Mall, Walmart, Costco, Fred Meyer, Best Buy, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Michaels, Petco, and Cabella's. Skinny Raven, a shoe store with a track and knowledgeable staff, is at the end of our street. Cambell Creek Trail, ice skating, bowling, and movies at Dimond Center Mall provide entertainment options in the area. We have a bonus for you! You'll get a lock box code 5 days before you arrive. There are two identical triplexes. Your building is not the one on the corner of Washburn and 88th. It's the second building in on the street. Walk around to the right side, all the way to the back of the property. Your unit is on the ground level and is unit C. The lock box is on the wall to the right of the entry door. Other things to note Pets are welcome with approval. There is a nightly pet fee for approved pets charged after booking confirmation. Airbnb does not have the ability to charge for the pets in advanced. This is due to lack of functionality with our property management system.
