Our luxury townhome is only a 20 minute drive from Montego Bay Airport and is located on a private peninsula surrounded by the ocean, nestled in an exclusive family orientated gated community with 24 Hour Security. While we don't own or operate the beach, we're delighted to offer this exclusive perk, allowing you to bask in the sun, sink your toes in the sand, and relish the tranquility of this turquoise coastal oasis. Please note there is no bar or restaurant at the Beach but you are welcome to to take your own food and drink (we provide a cooler). Whilst one can swim in the Bay, we usually recommend the private beach a short walk away or Doctors Cave Beach. We look forward to welcoming you to Stay Awhile. As part of the HOA Agreement, guests will be asked to provide a form of photo ID prior to arrival. We take a note of this information and keep it on record for the duration of the guests stay. According to Data Protection regulations, we will destroy this information upon Departure. All guests and visitors will be issued with a wristband which they should wear for the duration of their stay. Guest access The home is self contained with private access with free secure parking directly outside. Our Property Manager or our Housekeeper will meet and welcome you and give you a quick tour of the property. They will answer any questions you may have and help you get acquainted with the area. We will give you your privacy, however, you are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns or require any Concierge assistance. Other things to note For security purposes, a valid Government photo identification is required for all guests checking in. The guards at the entrance of the property will scan each I.D. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver’s license, passport, and/or Jamaica Voter ID. Guests and Visitors will be asked to sign a Community Waiver form and to adhere to the Community Rules. All Guests and visitors are required to wear wristbands during their stay. Children are always to be supervised by an adult. The property has solar hot water with a back up electric system. The water can get hot very quickly so we recommend that you run the water first to get the temperature just right. To ensure that everyone has the best shower water pressure, we recommend that you stagger shower times.
