The property comes with a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, BBQ grill, telescope, and hammocks to maximize your outdoor fun all year round. ** Pool Heating ** Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay. * Pool Lights will not be available until summer * Jan, Feb - $180/night March thru Oct - $80/night Nov, Dec - $120/night **Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. Thus, if you would like the spa heated, please note that the pool may cool down quickly due to the cold temperatures in the desert. Other things to note ***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.*** If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge. We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500. Please clean up after yourself.
