Forest cabin-Steps from Cafe- Fenced yard!

This cabin is in an active part of Black Forest in NE Co Springs, shares the lot & is steps away from Mountain View Café, a beloved establishment in Black Forest. The cabin is a great home base for your activities planned in the forest. Hike local trails, we love Section 16 and enjoy a true Colorado experience. We are close to Wedgewood Weddings, 25 minutes from the Air Force Academy and much more. Come put your feet up at our cozy cabin. The space We are on a community commercial lot with a nursery, restaurant and wood shop close by. You may experience some road noise. Enjoy your fully fenced yard or you are welcome to walk the back wooded 6 acres with your pet. The house has original wood floors and is filled with cozy charm. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin. Other things to note Just a 15 minute drive to the U.S. Air Force Academy -30 minutes away from the Garden of the Gods -40 minutes from Pikes Peak Highway Tollgate -30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport -1h20m from the Denver International Airport The cabin has an attached guest studio. The studio has a separate entrance and there is no shared space with the cabin. Communicating doors connecting the units have locks only accessible by their respective units. Your laundry is private. As of 2025 we just added 2 new Novaform Queen mattresses and a brand new leather sofa couch with a wonderful sleeper on it. We start you off with the basics, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap.
