Welcome to The Carolina Haven at Lake Wylie! Enjoy beautiful serene Carolina days in our spacious, family-friendly lakefront home. Five bedrooms including a large bunkroom with SIX individual full beds. Fully equipped kitchen, screen porch, private deck off primary bedroom, basement bar & rec room. Situated on flat lot with mature trees that border the shoreline providing shade & privacy. No thru traffic on the lake providing the perfect opportunity to float, kayak & relax. The space Insta: @thecarolinahaven This home provides a beautiful open floor plan with plenty of space for your family and friends to spread out. On the main floor you will find a large family room with double doors opening to a spacious screen porch. Here, spend time rocking in the hanging egg chair and listen to the birds sing. When it's time to eat, take your pick of either one of the two dining areas, a large kitchen island, basement bar or outdoor table. Sip your morning coffee in the breakfast room or enjoy your evening glass of wine resting on the outdoor sectional. In the primary bedroom, retreat to your canopy king bed and personal spa like bathroom. In the morning, don't forget to step outside onto your private balcony to lounge while watching the sun rise over the cove. Our favorite and most unique room in the house is the custom designed bunk room built by local craftsman Jon Kelly of Carolina Reclaimed. Each bed is full sized with a personal light and usb port for charging those devices. Adjacent to the bunkroom, you'll find a cozy den separate from the main basement rec room. Here is the perfect spot to sink into those leather bean bag chairs and watch your favorite movie. If action is more your style, get spinning at the foosball table or play board games on the oversized ottoman. Outside you will find a large acre sized lot with room to play or relax on the hammock under the trees. The large fire pit area will become a nightly favorite as your group gathers around making smores and winding down from your day on the lake. If you plan to bring your own boat, please keep in mind that the water level at the dock can fluctuate and can be somewhat shallow at times. We recommend a Pontoon or Tritoon boat for our location. Guest access The full house Other things to note House Rules: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate without refund. This property is non-smoking. $500 fine for smoking/vaping. Being that the house is newly furnished, we do not allow pets. We do not allow any parties or gatherings, unless previously discussed and cleared with us in writing.
