Gorgeous 3 Bed, 2 bath oasis in Old Roseville

Are you looking for a unique place that has the character, style and comfort of a home? Look no further, here you can enjoy restful sleep on our upscale foam mattress, prepare a home meal in our fully equipped kitchen or just have a cup of coffee on the back patio. If you’re traveling with kids, there is a park across the street. You will also appreciate the location. We are minutes away from Starbucks, Trader Joes, a shopping center,  restaurants and beautiful Folsom Lake is an easy commute. The space This Oasis is gorgeous and you will enjoy the atmosphere but as a host i have to share some things that might be a big deal for someone. The house is located right across the park, the street is pretty quiet most of the time but as you understand we can’t control the park situation sometimes their is people and you can hear some noise. The home has stairs they are steep and narrow but we have rails to hold on for your convenience to avoid any fall accidents. They are carpeted for your safety. 2 bathrooms are located downstairs one in the master suite the other one in the hallway downstairs. this home is not big. It is 1050 ft.². but it is very spacious downstairs the common area has an open concept float plan. Guest access The whole house is yours while your stay.
