The space Top Level: - King bedroom with ensuite full bath - Full stocked kitchen with 4 counter chairs - Dining area with 10 seats - Living room with smart TV - Deck access with outdoor seating and picnic table - Half bathroom Mid Level: - King bedroom - King bedroom - Bunk room with two pyramid bunks (2 twin beds, 2 full beds) - Twin room with two beds - Full bathroom - Full bathroom - Living area with smart TV - Beach supplies/games closet - Washer/dryer - Deck access to provide beach walkway with seating area near dunes Outside Space: - Outdoor shower - Charcoal grill (guest must provide charcoal/lighter) - Basketball hoop Guest access Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.** **Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation** Other things to note Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150. Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
