This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals, and have been passed down within the family for three generations. Needless to say, the decor and furnishings have changed a lot over the years! Now, you’ll find a modern, colorful, simple design to welcome you back from a day at the beach. Kick off your flip-flops and shower away the salt and sunscreen (the bathroom has a tub/shower combo). Then stretch out on the sofa for a nap and/or a movie on the flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. For dinner, saute some fresh fish in your fully equipped kitchen, with an electric stove, fridge, and microwave. Or check out one of the great restaurants in Cocoa Beach—there are many delicious options within a mile.
