If traveling with a larger group, consider also renting the detached casita (Casita Verde). THINGS TO KNOW The private pool is not heated. The fireplace in the primary suite is not operable. Other guests may occupy the separate casita during your stay. The guest home is completely detached from your main home rental, located on the lower half of the oversize parcel. Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
