Allowed activities include hiking/exploring, leaving no garbage behind, observing wildlife from a safe distance, etc. Unapproved activities include any manner of changing or defacing of the property (carving trees, removing trees/branches/materials, marking rocks/trees with anything), fires, outdoor events/parties/gatherings, constructing paths/shelters/forts. Outdoor meals or gatherings are limited to the outdoor features of the home - including the deck, porch, and driveway. Any damage, fines, or monetary loss incurred as a result of not following these guidelines will be passed on to the offending guests.
